Welcome!

...to our website of Discipleshiptools.org a web ministry from Into Thy Word'

Equipping Christians and Ministry Leaders to Grow in Christ!

It is our VISION and call, and commitment to point the church back onto the path of making disciples. It is our passion and directive to lead Christians away from our false perceptions and into His way.

We desire to see a church committed to His purpose and poured out to His ways. Then we will see revival through real prayer and devotion to His Lordship.

Discipleship Curriculum
Why are Devotions Important?
Have you ever felt that being a Christian is sometimes like exercising or preparing for an athletic event? Devotions help us focus on Christ-who He is and what He did for us. Having a regular time to get in the Word will help us build perseverance. (11/4/2008)

Bible
What does the Bible say about Jesus Christ?
Jesus' life story was predicted and described centuries before His birth. No other person has influenced the history of the world as much as Jesus. Jesus lived in history! Jesus had unusual power! Jesus was more than an ordinary man! Jesus changed the lives of others and He can change yours too! (11/15/2007)

Discipleship
Getting our Hearts Centered On What Is Important
We all need various kinds of possessions in order to live, such as food, housing, transportation, clothing, and such. (1/3/2008)

Church
Learning
Learning is to learn and grow from the experience the Lord gives us so we are an example for His work! (1/2/2008)

Fruits
Objections to Accountability
Accountability may seem to go against our self-sufficient, individualistic mindsets and fear of conviction. Most cultures and individuals like to be "my own person," and thus do "my own thing." Most people do not like being told what to do or how to do it. But, we need godly people in our lives to do just that-with love and care. Thus, we have to learn to overcome our barriers of conviction so we can grow more in Christ and with one another. (8/4/2007)

Prayer
Our Motivations!
How to Pray! PII So, How do I Pray? The passages in Matthew and Luke give us the quintessential template on how to pray. Jesus is calling us to a relationship with Him; and, to do that, we are to seek Him. We do this with communication, as we would talk with anyone, with the emphasis on our sincerity. (9/4/2007)
