Training is not just another word for discipleship.

Discipleship places the emphases on our spiritual growth, learning the Word and the disciplines and doctrines of the faith, which is paramount for all Christians. Training is the growth and learning in the area of a task that needs to be accomplished in the church to further the kingdom of God, such as a program, service or need.
These principles are the call God gives the Church. But the Church is you and I. Thus, we are to do these by our personal participation and by our collective activities!

The church has many roles and duties that have been expounded in Scripture and have been found by the experience of ministry.
Our ability to be good and holy is only because of the "effect" of redemption (what Christ did for me on the cross, which we did not deserve) not the "cause," (the cause is how we are, receiving grace and forgiveness) never confuse the two or you will have pride and arrogance because you will think you deserved it.
Real repentance will entail full, genuine confession, restitution, and the will to turn to Christ, not just as Savior, but also as Lord. This is not just a one-time deed, but also a lifestyle that places Christ first and foremost in our daily lives.

In Christ, all that comes to us is for God's glory, purpose, and our good. (Rom. 8:28). He seeks to bring us closer to Himself by His love, joy, and peace that we may share His love with those around us to convey God's purpose for His people...

Even though the word "Trinity" as a word is not found in the Bible, however the concept and essence is clearly stated. And the concept is one God with three conversing distinct ways to reveal Himself...
Christianity is to be a personal team endeavor; it is never just about solitary, or personal agendas. There are times when we need to be alone, especially in our devotions and study. However...
Baptism means a ceremonial cleansing and purification: a sign that tells God that we have repented and seek His forgiveness and desire to accept a new life.
It means to "cover" and to reconcile two opposing parties with an offering or gift that is sacrificial in nature.
